Dartwood Limited, is a design+build and project management company registered in Ghana and in the United Kingdom.
Our design and construction personnel are made up of individuals with proven track record, who have successfully completed commercial, retail, industrial and residential projects, both for private individuals and corporate clients. We have successfully brought together talents with a wealth of experience in delivering projects through all procurements routes from traditional contracting, design + build to management contracting on a competitive or negotiated basis.
We take great care in understanding our client’s requirements to ensure that we deliver to the given brief. We pay particular attention to the initial site analysis which plays a major role in informing the right direction for the project. We have a proactive, flexible, client focused attitude, supported by proven procedures. Our professional approach to all projects ensures successful completion on time and within budget.
At Dartwood, we have continued to invest in affordable housing with emphasis on an estate management infrastructure driven by end users. Our homes are set in well landscaped neighbourhoods which people are proud to live in, and investors happy to participate in. This is a departure from the notion that affordable housing needs to be cheap, regimental and poorly built.
Our primary goal is to ensure that all our homes retain the original attractiveness and therefore value, not just over the first few years but over the long term, thus creating wealth for the owners and investors.
